Just Breathe!

Our hectic modern lifestyles can encourage our nervous systems to remain in permanent 'fight or flight’ mode, always worrying about this and that, or continually striving for our next life goal. It is becoming more evident that this can be exhausting and potentially damaging to our health and wellbeing.

Whilst our nervous system has evolved to alert us to potential threats and opportunities it was not designed to be on red alert the whole time!!! 

Tuning back into our breathing in a specific way, can enable us to return to a state of rest and recuperation. So this state becomes our natural default setting.
